Fabricating and fitting the stabilizer struts : For this, the kit includes brass tubing, I used some

aluminium tubing, since it is lighter and easier to work with.

Landing gear skid :

The landing gear skid is laminated out 4 plywood strips. Again, a simple jig has to be fabricated, to maintain everything in its position, while the glue dries.

Here the wing struts, they are made of steel rods, encased in spruce and balsa.
